All VAL coaches must be fluent in English (C1 minimum). Most of our students and coordination happens in English.
You're a native speaker of the language you teach, or you have a C2 certification and real-world immersion experience.
You've taught adults, professionals, or children before — ideally in a 1:1 or small group setting. No strict certification required.
You're confident running sessions via video call and using digital tools (whiteboards, shared docs, virtual classrooms).
You show up on time, communicate clearly, and can commit to a minimum of 4 sessions per week. Quality over quantity.
You build sessions around what your student actually needs — not a curriculum. You listen first, teach second.
